Set within lush, park-like surroundings and featuring interiors bathed in natural light, embassy hill is the perfect location for an elegant destination wedding in Cape Town, South Africa.
Originally built in 1952, this beautiful property has since been renovated into a five-star venue. Due to the wonderful heritage of the building, great sensitivity was given to preserving the history of the area during the refurbishment, resulting in a beautiful marriage of old and new.
Ceremonies are usually held on the top lawns with views of the vineyards and table mountain range. Guests will enjoy award-winning food, and the couple has the option of a variety of menus, from canapes and harvest tables, to plated or stylish buffets.
There are four luxury suites that are included with the venue for the night of the wedding.
The venue can accommodate up to 150 guests, and they offer two coordination packages. There’s also a platinum diners club wine list featuring wines from the Constantia valley (the oldest wine region in South Africa).
